Custom House Fund Services biedt Bewaarderdiensten aan via haar 100% geaffilieerde onderneming: Administratiekantoor van de Twentsche Trust-Maatschappij BV (“ATTM”). ATTM heeft als enig statutair doel: het optreden als bewaarder van beleggingsinstellingen als bedoeld in de Wet op het Financieel Toezicht en als zodanig het bewaren van activa en administreren van beleggingsobjecten.

Custom House is onafhankelijk van enige Beheerder of Kredietinstelling. Zij biedt Bewaarderdiensten aan vanuit een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid van de Beheerder en de Bewaarder voor de beleggingsinstelling (dit kan zijn een beleggingsfonds of beleggingsmaatschappij). Uit dien hoofde draagt Custom House actief bij aan een constructieve samenwerking met de Beheerder en eventuele derde betrokken partijen. Bij de uitvoering van onze Bewaarderactiviteiten proberen wij de administratieve belasting van de Beheerder bovendien te minimaliseren door gerichte informatievragen en door maximaal gebruik te maken van elektronische rapportagemogelijkheden.

Tot de Bewaarderdiensten van Custom House behoren de bewaring van de activa van een beleggingsinstelling en het houden van toezicht op het investeringsbeleid van de Beheerder en op de administratie van de beleggingsinstelling.

De administratieve organisatie en het systeem van interne controles van Custom House en van ATTM zijn SAS-70 II gecertificeerd.
