Custom House Administration & Corporate Services Ltd. (formerly Custom House Fund Management Ltd.) was established in Ireland in 1989, in order to provide a broad range of financial services to its international clients. Since then the Company has changed direction and focus.

Custom House Administration & Corporate Services Limited is authorised by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (the Financial Regulator), under Section 10 of the Investment Intermediaries Act, 1995 to provide administration services to collective investment schemes. All references to "Custom House" in this website mean Custom House Administration & Corporate Services Limited.

Custom House, which operates out of four townhouses on the banks of the river Liffey in Dublin provides a complete administration service for new funds, once they have been established or for existing funds wishing to change their administrator - The Custom House Fund Administration Service.

Custom House also offers a turn-key package, which provides advice and assistance on the design, incorporation and establishment of offshore funds, as well as, if appropriate, listing the shares on the Irish Stock Exchange - The Custom House Fund Formation Service.

Together, these two separate services comprise - The Custom House Offshore Fund Service.

Custom House clients are primarily alternative investment and hedge fund managers but also include CTAs, as well as banks, family offices and investment marketing companies.
